I composed two operas,  based on the plays PURGATORY  and THE DREAMING OF THE BONES

For the150th Birthday of W.B. Yeats, I composed a song cycle: SONGS FROM THE SWANS AT COOLE  which premiered on his 150th Birthday  at the Pavilion Theatre in Dunlaoghaire , and toured nationally,. In 2016 was performed in Derry and The Seamus Heaney centre. It was also presented as partt of the Irish contribution to EXPO Milan in Milan.

I have been writing music for theatre and dance since 1983.

The National Folk Theatre (Siamsa Tire ) commissioned two works and I have written music for IRISH MODERN DANCE THEARE since the 1990's.
